Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Impavia AB, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your personalised products. Please review our Shipment & Delivery Policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery estimates.
1. Production Time
All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly based on your selected shipping method.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (via DHL)
- Domestic (Sweden): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Within the EU: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (via DHL)
- Domestic (Sweden): Next-day delivery options before 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 12:00 PM.
- Within the EU: Typically delivered in 1 business day.
Delivery times are estimates provided by DHL and may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 99 EUR.
- Free shipping is only applicable to standard shipping.
- Express shipping is excluded from the free shipping offer and will incur additional costs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can:
- Click the link in your email to view the shipment status.
- Visit our dedicated tracking page and enter your tracking number.
- If you placed the order through your Impavia account, the tracking number will also be available in your dashboard for convenient access.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We work closely with DHL to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of damage or loss:
Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at support@impavia.com with photos of the package and product.
- Claims must be filed within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- We will coordinate with DHL to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost Shipments: If your shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. We will work with DHL to trace the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided during checkout or failure to collect the package:
- You may be required to cover additional shipping fees for redelivery.
- If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a partial refund may be issued minus the original shipping costs.
8. Shipping Availability
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. As our checkout system is restricted to EU countries, orders for delivery outside the EU cannot be placed.
