Refund & Exchange Policy

At Impavia AB, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are custom-made according to your specifications, we have specific policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully.
1. Custom-Made Products
All of our products are made to order and customized to your requirements. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or a production error occurred.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or if there is an error in your order (e.g., incorrect customization or wrong item received), please contact us immediately at support@impavia.com.
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Resolution: Depending on your preference, we will either:
- Offer a full refund, or
- Send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- Were correctly customized as per your order,
- Were not defective or damaged upon arrival,
- Were used or damaged after delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or exchange due to a defective product or production error, please follow these steps:
Submit a Request:
- Fill out the Form available on our Customer service page. Select the option for “Refund & Exchange” and provide the required details.
- Alternatively, you can email us at support@impavia.com. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or error
Assessment: We will review the information you provide and determine if the issue qualifies for a refund or replacement.
Approval: If your request is approved, we will notify you and arrange for:
- A replacement of the defective product, or
- A refund to your original payment method.
Return (if required): In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product for further evaluation. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
Processing: Refunds will be processed promptly after approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin production on your personalised items immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@impavia.com. If production has not yet begun, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel the order.
