How do I personalise a product?
Simply click on the customize button inside the product page, and use our online customizer to add text, images, or design elements. You’ll see a live preview of your changes before placing your order.
Can I add more than one customization to a product?
Absolutely! Many of our products allow multiple customization options, like adding text and uploading an image.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can only be made if the order is still in the processing stage. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Can I cancel my order?
Custom orders can only be canceled before production begins. Please contact us right away if you need to cancel.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically produced within 1–3 business days. After production, shipping takes approximately 1–5 business days, depending on your location within the European Union.
Can I return a personalised product?
Since each product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless the item is defective or there’s an error in production. For detailed information about our policy, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Can I save my customization to complete later?
Yes, simply click on the “Save Design” button inside the customizer. You can find your saved designs in the “My Account” page.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently, we deliver only to countries within the European Union.
